Masada Fortress in Israel is on the eastern edge of the Judean Desert. This ancient stone fortress in Israel which is located around 400 meters above the Dead Sea. This fortress has now been preserved and renovated by the Israel government. The Masada Fortress was also declared a UNESCO World Heritage Site in the year 2001.

The island of Patmos in the Aegean sea, is well known to Christians as the island on which the Apostle John received the apocalyptic vision that has become known as the Revelation of Jesus Christ,  the last book of the Bible.

Mount Sinai, also referred to as Mount Horeb in the Bible, is the place Moses is said to have received the ten commandments (Exodus 19, Deuteronomy).  It is also the location Elijah is said to have run to when he fled from Jezebel (1 Kings 19).

The Temple Mount, situated in the Jerusalem’s Old City, is not only the center of Jewish sanctity but also the third most Holy place in Islam. Therefore, it has played a major role in the Arab-Israeli clash. There are eleven access points to the Temple Mount, only one of which is retained for non-Muslims

Also called the Rose City, Petra is one of the New Seven Wonders of the World and its natural charm remains unparalleled, owing to the bright red, pink and white sandstones into which most of the structures of the City have been delicately carved into.

The Sea of Galilee is located in the northeastern region of Israel. This is Israel’s largest freshwater lake and in Hebrew it is also known as Yam Kinneret.   Jesus spent much of his ministry touring locations around the Sea of Galilee, as well as joining his disciples on fishing excursions, as some of his disciples were in fact fishermen when he called them to join in his ministry.

Sitting on the periphery of Cairo, in Giza, are some of the most humongous pyramid-shaped man-made structures, one of which is the only Seven Wonders of the Ancient World that still stands. Although a tourist site today, these pyramids served as burial chambers for the pharaohs/kings of Egypt and hold immense historical and cultural significance! The size of the pyramids leaves you awe-struck, considering no machinery was used in their construction and their weight is in thousands or millions of tons!

Located adjacent to the Old City of Jerusalem, the Mount of the Olives is one of the most momentous places on Earth for Christianity, Judaism, and Islam alike. Devoted followers of all three religions regularly cross paths here, providing an opportunity for inter-religious exposure like no other place can!

Babylon is one of the oldest cities from the known Biblical record. Located in ancient Mesopotamia, "The Cradle of Civilization", the city of Babylon was situation by the banks of the Euphrates river in what is now modern day Iraq. It is not far from the hypothetical location of the garden of Eden, which was described in Genesis as being the source of the Pishon, Gihon, Tigris and Euphrates rivers.
